Gearing Up For Seattle Beer Week

Seattle Beer Week kicks off tomorrow at The Pike Brewing Company at Pike Place Market. I'll be heading down after work to join in the festivities and grab a growler of Pike's new Double IPA - which goes on tap for the first time tomrorow. If you can't make it to The Pike, you can also head down to Beveridge Place Pub in West Seattle to kick things off.

Things continue on Friday with the release of Ale Of Two Cities at Naked City in Greenwood, then the Elysian Hop-Scotch Beer Festival at Elysian Fields.
Brew on!

  1. A bit of a long commute from Chi Town. Have a cold one for me.

  2. Yep. A bit too far for you to come. ;)

You still homebrewing? I've been bad about it the past few years, but I'm getting ready to start my first batch for the year next weekend (probably just a standard pale ale or IPA).
